FADAP(Flight Attendant Drug & Alcohol) Committee Overview

The Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP) is a confidential, peer-to-peer support program designed to assist Members struggling with substance abuse, addiction, or related challenges. The program emphasizes early intervention, education, prevention, and access to treatment resources, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.

FADAP is led by trained peer volunteers who have successfully completed the program themselves and understand the unique demands of the flight attendant profession. By fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment, FADAP helps Members maintain long-term recovery, personal stability, and professional readiness, contributing directly to safety in the aviation industry.
