Hotel Committee Information

Our Hotels Committee serves as the voice of our Union Members in the crucial task of selecting new layover hotels. In addition to this responsibility, they diligently liaise with Management and our business partners to address any complaints lodged via MyCrewHotel.com, ensuring that Member feedback is promptly and effectively addressed.

The Hotel Committee ensures that all layover hotels are safe, comfortable, and fully compliant with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This work is performed through in-person hotel inspections, meetings with hotel management and engineering teams, and ongoing collaboration with the company and our business partner, API. The committee also addresses complaints, recurring issues, and unexpected situations affecting layover quality.

The committee consists of five (5) members pursuant to Article 26.A.10 of the CBA.
