Evidence to help prove the violation:
In addition to filing the Contract Violation form, please try to solve your issue with the appropriate Company department. The Grievance Committee will need the Company responses to fully process your violation. Here are the appropriate resources:
Pay or credit issues: Rainmaker comment (When screenshotting, please include all comments and responses, as well as ensuring all column labels are visible)
Scheduling/Rescheduling issue: Tell Crew Services Form (found on HelloJetBlue, searching “Tell Crew Services”)
FLICA issue: Tell Crew Services Form (found on HelloJetBlue, searching “Tell Crew Services”)
PTO issues: Payroll ticket (found on HelloJetBlue)
All other issues: email Base Supervisor (always CC your TWU Base Executive and your personal email for safekeeping. *Don’t forget to reply-all!*)
